Returns & Warranty Policy
We want you to be confident with every purchase. TKC complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Change-of-mind returns
- Return within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Exclusions (not returnable once opened/used): electrical components, oils/fluids, custom/special orders, race tyres once mounted/used.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Special orders may attract a 10% restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Incorrect, faulty, or DOA items
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- After assessment, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with ACL.
Damaged or lost in transit
- Keep all packaging, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
- We’ll manage the claim with the carrier and keep you updated. If replacement stock is unavailable, we’ll discuss alternatives or refund.
Warranties
- Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. We’ll help facilitate warranty claims — proof of purchase is required.
Refund method & processing time
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank/card issuer to finalise the credit.

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason (and photos where relevant)
We’ll reply with next steps, including the return address and any labels if applicable.
