Start with our TKC Pathway Program — a guided introduction covering fit check, safety basics, first-laps coaching, and a clear plan to your first race day.
TKC is a fully functioning karting supply business. From the kart itself to every nut, bolt, tyre, and engine component — we've got you covered on and off the track.

Kart Republic, Arrow, and OTK Karts — new and used chassis available. Whether you're buying your first kart or upgrading to a competitive setup, we have the right gear at the right price.
IAME KA100 & X30, Vortex Mini Rok & ROK GP — we carry engines, engine parts, and consumables for every level of competition, from Cadet through to senior TAG classes.
Parts available at the race track. No need to scramble before race day — we bring stock to events so you can get what you need when you need it, right at the circuit.
Precision chassis straightening using professional equipment. A bent chassis costs you lap time and tyre wear — we'll get yours back to factory spec so you're racing on a platform you can trust.
Full kart workshop services including setup work, kart preparation, and pre-event mechanical support. Our mechanics know what it takes to run at the front — because we race there ourselves.
We stock Lecont and Maxxis tyres — the compounds used across karting classes at club and national level. Get the right rubber for your class, available at the track and through our workshop.

TKC holds a dedicated working relationship with MG Engines — one of Australia's most trusted names in karting power. This means direct access to MG engine products, technical support, and parts, giving our drivers and customers a genuine competitive edge.
At TKC, driver development isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you're looking for structured, consistent coaching through our PACE Club membership or a flexible one-on-one session when it suits you — we have an option that fits your schedule, budget, and goals.
PACE Club is our monthly training program — a structured pathway that builds real skills session by session, with tiers ranging from introductory coaching right through to a full development programme. Flexible one-on-one sessions are also available for drivers who prefer to book as they go, covering everything from practice days to pre-event preparation and race weekend support.
All options are available across every level — from first-time Cadets to experienced senior competitors. Not sure where to start? Give us a call and we'll point you in the right direction.
All tiers are training-only — race day support (mentor, mechanical, full coach) is booked separately per event. Not sure which tier fits? Call Luke on 0421 417 292.

Townsville Kart Centre is North Queensland's premier karting coaching and support operation. Founded on a simple belief — that every driver deserves professional-level support regardless of age, budget, or experience — TKC has grown into a full-service team trusted by families across NQ and beyond to develop drivers the right way.
Our team has competed and coached at club, state, and national level for over two decades — including producing an Australian Kart Champion, multiple QLD State Champions, and NT Championship winners. We know what it takes because we've lived it.
TKC is built around a tight-knit crew of experienced coaches, mechanics, and pit crew who work together on race day. When you join TKC, you get the whole team behind you — not just one person with a stopwatch.
We're Townsville's home for competitive karting. From local club days at Townsville Kart Club to national championship rounds across Australia, TKC is the hub for drivers who want to go further.
2025 QLD Champion Cadet 12 (Brock Nolan). 2026 NT TAG 125 Res Light Champion (Dylan Dunston). 2025 AKC Round Winner (Luke Nolan). 2026 AKC Rd 1 Pole Position (Harper May). Many regional Club Champions. These aren't just results — they're proof that the TKC system works.

"We don't run clinics from the sidelines — we've done the miles."
Over 22 years at club, state and national level, our team has learned what actually moves a driver forward: clear coaching, repeatable drills, calm race-day decisions, and a strong, safe paddock culture.
Our purpose is simple: guide, support and grow every driver who rolls up to the TKC Tent — from first laps to first podiums. That means 1:1 coaching, data/video debriefs, race-day mentoring, straightening and setup support. No fluff, just progress.
Built, not bought. Champions are made long before the final lap — in good habits, smart choices, and a team around you that cares.
You're in the right place. TKC is here to help drivers and families get started the right way — with structured coaching, clear guidance, and the support to build confidence quickly.
Call or email Luke. Tell us your driver's age, experience level, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll help you figure out the right starting point.
We'll run through the gear you need (helmet, rib protector, suit, gloves, boots) and make sure everything fits properly before your first session.
A focused, calm first session on track. No pressure — just building confidence, learning the basics, and having fun. We coach the driver and guide the parents.
After your first session, we'll map out a clear plan: which class, which events, what to work on next. You'll leave knowing exactly what the next step looks like.
Cadets generally start from around 6 years old, depending on readiness. We can help assess if your child is ready — just get in touch and we'll have a chat.
Not immediately. We can point you in the right direction for hire karts to get started, and help you find the right kart to purchase when you're ready to commit.
A helmet (full-face), rib protector, karting suit, gloves, and boots. We can advise on what to buy and where — there's no need to spend a fortune when starting out.
Gates open at 7am. You'll sign on, go through scrutineering, attend a drivers briefing, then it's qualifying, heats, and finals. Join Friday coaching first and we'll walk you through everything.
Not at all. We work with drivers of all ages — from Cadets through to Senior classes. Adults are very welcome.
Weekly coaching is ideal when starting out. Even fortnightly works if you stay consistent between sessions. Our PACE Club memberships are designed to make regular training easy and affordable.
TKC is supported by a group of outstanding local and national businesses who share our passion for karting and community. We're proud to represent them on and off the track.
Interested in partnering with TKC? We'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're new to karting, looking to join PACE Club, or want to discuss race-day support — reach out and we'll get back to you quickly.
The fastest way to get started is a quick call or email. Tell us about your driver, your goals, and where you're at — we'll take it from there.
Ask questions — everyone starts somewhere. We're here to help.
